1. Book A Free 15 Minute Consultation

Book with the holistic therapist of your choice. Don’t know who to book with? Book with the founder, Alysha Dosanjh, and she will match you with an aligned holistic therapist to meet in person in Calgary or through a telehealth appointment. 

2. About The Process

The consultation can occur online via video using the Jane App or phone.

3. Your First Appointment

Your therapist will work with you in creating your self-discovery plan. You can choose to have therapy in Calgary in person or virtually through telehealth.

What is Self Worth Therapy?

Maybe, even a belief that this is the best it will be?

When we have low self confidence, it may become innate too continue to hide ourselves. Being seen may be one of the most uncomfortable challenges to take on. Low self confidence can truly impact us in so many ways. When working on improving self-confidence it becomes more than talking to yourself in the mirror. While the affirmations are necessary and helpful; they are not everything. 

When we are working on self esteem we want to begin understanding the core belief. How did we get here? Who made us feel so small? Once we understand the belief, we can begin to incorporate new beliefs through practice and patience. 

Learning to increase self esteem and improving self-confidence is not comfortable. But it is worth it.

Don’t worry, all of our self worth therapy practitioners operate on a holistic perspective of therapy. Meaning, we will work with you in understanding the world around you which contributes to the negative thoughts enhancing low self confidence.

We work on building healthier relationships, increasing self confidence, recognizing worth, and to reduce self sabotaging.

During our self-worth counselling, we will begin with an intake session in person in Calgary or virtually. At this first session, we’ll discuss why you chose to seek self-worth and self-confidence therapy and your personal goals.

The process of self-worth therapy and improving self-confidence holds a lot of uncertainty, and we are here to support you in every step of the way.
