Please check with your insurance company if they cover the cost of mental health services or alternative therapy. Direct billing for a variety of providers, based on the practitioner. You will receive an invoice with a registration number to submit to the insurance company. We direct bill to AB Blue Cross, Desjardins, Greenshield and Manulife.

Sessions can be offered through via telephone, telehealth (video) or in person.
Virtual services (phone or video) across Canada.Video sessions will take place using 'Jane' platform. All instructions will be provided during initial booking.

The fee of service is as follows:
30 Minute Sessions: $125.00
50 Minute Sessions: $200.00
90 Minute Sessions: $275.00
Please note, we do offer sliding fee scale’s which can be discussed with your practitioner during the consultation.

There is a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice prior to the service. The service may be rescheduled using the link below. Please note, less than 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a full session fee amount. Still, have more questions? Get in touch and I’ll be happy to answer them as soon as possible.

Each initial session will begin with an overview of the consent form. Depending on the service, the practitioner will provide an overview of what to expect for the remainder of the session. Each service is adapted according to client needs.
